BlackRoc Property Management is a full service property management brokerage dedicated to a higher level of customer service to our clients.  We only handle property management and we pride ourselves as a smaller brokerage that provides personal attention to each one of our clients.  Our clients are welcome to contact us after regular business hours to discuss their property.

Our agents are comprised of the most highly trained specialists with years of experience in fluctuating markets.  Our primary focus being property management, we offer full range services working with condos, apartment complexes, single family, and multi-family homes.  Not only can we help you manage your real estate portfolio, we work hand and hand with your Realtor to help you acquire or sell properties.

Our property management brokerage is an effective way to manage your properties.  Whether you are local and choose not to handle your own properties, or you are out of state and need someone to professionally manage your asset(s).  We handle investors with one property, as well as those with multiple properties.

 

Dean Martini is the Designated Broker and Owner of BlackRoc Property Management.  Dean has been a Realtor in the industry since 2004 and a Designated Broker since 2008.  Building a highly successful property management company with an optimum level of customer service to both the clients as well as the residents who will be caring for their properties.  Dean is passionate about creating lasting relationships between BlackRoc Property Management and our clients.

Kristen Oliver is the property manager of BlackRoc Property Management. In 2012 she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she developed a passion for Real Estate and took her first Real Estate class. After graduating in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Finance, she started working at a local bank as a credit analyst. Her clients were Real Estate Investors seeking capital to buy single family residential rental income properties, multi-family apartment complexes, and commercial properties. Working closely with her clients to help them to find creative ways to achieve their financing for their projects. In May 2015 she moved from the financing side of Real Estate to the management side.
